I’m Sebastian, a Colombian creative currently working at MullenLowe Global. Over the past decade, I’ve developed my career as a cultural storyteller, because I believe the best creativity comes from understanding culture before chasing trends, and from listening to people before speaking to them.
Throughout my journey as a Creative Copywriter, I’ve led and developed campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, collaborating with some of the most relevant brands in the market. My work consistently positions advertising as a way to change conversations, not just deliver messages. I enjoy turning complex challenges into clear creative directions, and working closely with teams to build ideas that can grow from a single execution to a platform that defines how a brand shows up in the world.
A big part of my work focuses on people, not just products. Many of my projects explore everyday tensions, social norms, and moments that matter to audiences. That perspective shapes the way I approach creativity: I look for honesty over hype, clarity over noise, and ideas that feel real rather than forced. I make work that stands for something, because I'm convinced that relevance comes from meaning.
My work has been recognized at international festivals such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, London International Awards, The One Show, Clio Awards, Eurobest, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Effie Latam and more. Beyond the awards, what motivates me most is building strong creative cultures with environments where great ideas can grow and do meaningful work for both brands and people. If you’re looking for safe ideas, I might not be your guy. But if you’re looking for ideas that move people, that’s where I do my best work.
